FructoFree respects your privacy. This notice explains what data we collect, why and how we process it, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data controller

The controller is the operator of the FructoFree app. For any request: fructofree@gmail.com

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name and email provided through sign-in with Google or Apple. If you access as a guest we do not collect identifying data.
• Profile picture (avatar), if available from the sign-in provider.
• Content you create: recipes, favorites, preferences (language, country, theme).
• Minimal technical data necessary for the service to work.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process data to: provide and manage your account, show and save your recipes and favorites. Legal basis: performance of the requested service and your consent.

4. Sign-in with Google and Apple

Sign-in happens through Google and Apple authentication services. We receive only the minimal data (name, email) needed to create the account. With "Sign in with Apple" you can choose to hide your email.

5. Retention and security

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data and to withdraw consent. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete account, or by writing to fructofree@gmail.com

7. Minors

The app is not intended for children under 14 years of age.

8. Changes

We may update this notice. The date at the top indicates the last revision.

Terms and Conditions of use

By using FructoFree you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

• The service: FructoFree lets you discover, create and share recipes. Content is for informational purposes and does not replace medical or professional advice.
• User content: you are responsible for the recipes and information you publish. Do not upload illegal, offensive content or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Account: you can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account.
• Liability: the app is provided "as is", without warranty of being error-free.
• Changes: we may update these terms; continued use of the app constitutes acceptance.
